Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach Center making a difference
Victoria TX June 1, 2024 - Billy T Cattan Recovery Outreach (BTCRO) is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded a generous grant from the Don G. Kaspar Foundation to support the development of a new project. This grant will enable BTCRO to build a state-of-the-art family movie room within its facility, providing a space where families can visit their loved ones undergoing treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders.
At BTCRO, our mission is to help individuals overcome addiction and co-occurring disorders while strengthening their physical, spiritual, and mental health. We are dedicated to transforming lives by guiding individuals through the journey of healing. The addition of the family movie room aligns perfectly with our commitment to holistic recovery and family involvement.
The family movie room will serve as a welcoming and comfortable space for families to spend quality time with their loved ones during their treatment. We believe that family support is crucial in the recovery process, and this new facility will provide an opportunity for families to connect and offer encouragement to their relatives on their journey to wellness.
In addition to the family movie room project, BTCRO is excited to announce a special engagement as a way to pay it forward to the community. We will be hosting a family day event filled with food and fun activities for the whole family. The heart behind this event is to encourage families to come out and support their loved ones who are struggling with addiction and undergoing treatment. Through this event, we aim to strengthen family bonds and foster a sense of community support for those in need.
BTCRO is deeply grateful for the support of the Don G. Kaspar Foundation in making these initiatives possible. The foundation shares our vision of transforming lives and is committed to partnering with faith-based organizations like ours to make a positive impact in the community.
